Multi-service on-demand marketplace (food delivery, laundry, cleaning, gas refill, last-mile logistics) spanning three published Flutter apps, an admin panel and a public website, powered by a single ASP.NET Core 8 backend (~80,000 lines of C#: 19 API controllers, 39 repositories, 112 domain models, 88 database tables).

• Led the end-to-end migration of payments from two legacy gateways (Poggah, Monnify) to Nomba: a 7-operation backend integration with HMAC-SHA512 webhook verification, idempotent processing, thread-safe OAuth token caching and automatic reversal of failed payouts.
• Carried the migration through all three Flutter apps, re-architecting wallet top-up around Nomba virtual accounts with zero breaking changes to the mobile API contract.
• Upgraded the ~80K-line backend from end-of-life .NET Core 3.1 to .NET 8 / EF Core 8, resolving cascade-delete migration conflicts and making the platform deployable on Linux.
• Owned mobile release engineering: fixed native build failures on Xcode 26.1 / Clang 18, repaired Codemagic CI and TestFlight versioning, and configured Play Store signing, unblocking releases for all three apps.
• Integrated Firebase Cloud Messaging platform-wide: backend push delivery, per-user FCM token registration, duplicate-initialization crash fixes and custom native notification sounds.

Cross-platform health-monitoring app built with Flutter, enabling real-time vital sign tracking via BLE wearables for seniors and their caregivers, with a native iOS Swift bridge for CoreBluetooth.

• Built a native iOS Swift bridge over Platform Channels (MethodChannel / EventChannel) for CoreBluetooth, and engineered a hybrid BLE strategy that resolves the iOS single-owner CBCentralManager conflict between the Flutter plugin and the vendor SDK.
• Implemented a real-time alert pipeline for heart rate, SpO2, temperature, fall detection and SOS, with voice alerts (TTS), push notifications (FCM) and in-app banners.
• Built a senior–caregiver linking system with role-based accounts, request/approval workflows and real-time emergency pushes.
• Integrated email/OTP, Google and Apple sign-in with JWT management and automatic 401 handling, and shipped iOS subscriptions with StoreKit 2 and server-side receipt verification.
• Cut hotfix delivery from days to minutes with a branch-triggered Codemagic pipeline and Shorebird OTA code-push: Dart-only fixes reach live iOS users on push, while pushes to main auto-build a signed IPA and submit to TestFlight.

Personal-safety app: real-time emergency alerts on a Mapbox map, scoped to a geographic radius, plus alerts to emergency contacts when a user is in danger.

• A real-time property auction system on WebSockets and Redis pub/sub: live leaderboards, outbid notifications, watcher counts and auto-extending timers on late bids, designed to scale across multiple server processes.
• Daily earnings payouts and activity-feed generation with APScheduler background jobs.
• Containerised the stack (API, Postgres, Redis, Nginx) with Docker Compose and deployed to AWS EC2 with Let's Encrypt SSL and a one-command deploy script.
